GENERAL TERMS – 2025 MEMBERSHIP FEE
📌 Becoming a Member must be requested to Deep Ocean Diver and is subject to approval.
📌 Members must comply with the General Terms of Deep Ocean Diver.
📌 Members must be up to date with payments to enjoy the services.
📌 Terms valid from January 1st, 2025.
📝 Registration Requirements

✅ Members must pay a monthly membership fee of €19.
✅ Members must make a one-time enrollment payment of €99.

💰 MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP FEE
💳 Amount: €19 (charged via direct debit).
📅 Charge schedule:
🔹 Sent to the bank between the 1st and 5th of each month.
🔹 If returned, another charge will be sent between the 10th and 15th, with a €5 return fee.
🔹 The first charge includes both the enrollment fee and the first €19 monthly payment.

✔️ 4 tank refills or rentals and/or weights per month (non-cumulative).
✔️ Access to facilities: changing rooms with showers and dry area 🚿.
✔️ 1 post-dive drink (Deco Beer 🍺).

❌ What is NOT included in the Monthly Fee?
🚫 Guided Dive Supplement: +€19 / dive.
🚫 Extra rental of partial or full gear during Guided Dive: +€19 / day.
🚫 Extra rental of individual gear piece during Guided Dive: +€9 / piece/day.
🚫 Night/Sunset Dive Supplement: +€9 / dive.
🚫 Scooter Dive Supplement: +€19 / dive.
🚫 2-Guided Dive Shore Excursion Supplement: +€57 / day.
🚫 2-Guided Dive Zodiac Excursion Supplement: +€95 / day.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Please check all rental gear before leaving the Club, including tank pressure. You are responsible for returning rental gear in the same condition it was given. If not, or if lost, you must pay the replacement value (RRP).
🔄 RENTAL & REFILL SERVICE
💨 If you’ve used up your 4 monthly rentals/refills included in your membership, you can access the following special rates:
🔹 Extra tank refill: €5
🔹 Extra tank and/or weight rental: €9 / day
❌ NOT INCLUDED
🚫 Extra rental of individual gear piece during NON-Guided Dive: +€9 / piece/day.
⚠️ IMPORTANT:
You must present your Dive License, Fit-to-Dive Medical Form or Certificate, and valid Diving Insurance when renting equipment.
You may not refill our tanks outside of Deep Ocean Diver. Minimum pressure: 50 Bar – do not leave tanks empty.
We do not rent computers or accessories.
You are responsible for returning gear in perfect condition.
If not, you must pay the replacement value (RRP).
Make sure everything works correctly and the tank is full before leaving the diving center.
📅 CANCELLATIONS & MEMBERSHIP STATUS
❌ No commitment period required.
✅ You may cancel anytime before the 25th of the previous month → [CLICK HERE]
TYPES OF CANCELLATION
🟡 Temporary Cancellation:
✔️ May last for 1, 2 or 3 months maximum.
✔️ Only one temporary cancellation allowed every 9 months of active membership.
✔️ You cannot use diving services during this period.
✔️ Membership will automatically renew unless you notify otherwise.
🔴 Permanent Cancellation:
✔️ Once processed, you lose all membership benefits.
✔️ If you rejoin later, you must pay the enrollment fee again.

🤝 You can share your BONOSOCIO with anyone.
⚠️ If shared with a NON-MEMBER, supplements and extras will be billed at NON-MEMBER rates.

📌 If you cancel less than 24h in advance, the service will be considered used and not refunded.
🔄 RENEWALS
📆 Annual renewals are automatic unless you cancel before the 25th of the month prior to the renewal.
