What Do You Actually Need for Your First Dive?

✅ You don’t need a certification or previous experience. That’s the best part! With our PADI Discover Scuba Diving program, everything is explained and supervised by professional instructors.
✅ Just bring a swimsuit, towel, and flip-flops. We’ll provide all the scuba gear: wetsuit, fins, mask, regulator, tank… All in perfect condition and adapted to your size.
✅ Medical form and declaration. Before diving, you’ll need to fill out a brief questionnaire to ensure you’re in good health for the activity. If you have any doubts, consult your doctor beforehand.
✅ It helps if you feel comfortable in the water. You don’t need to swim like a pro, but being at ease in the sea makes things easier and more enjoyable. Still unsure? Our PADI Scuba Diver course is a great next step if you want to go further!

Do I need to know how to swim?
No, but you should feel comfortable in the water. You’ll always be with an instructor and in shallow areas.
How deep will we go?
Normally no more than 12 meters, and always gradually and safely. The goal is to enjoy the sensations, not to break records 😉
How long does the activity last?
From start to finish, about 2–3 hours. In the water, the dive usually lasts around 30–40 minutes depending on your comfort and air consumption.
Can children do it?
